The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing digital and social marketing strategies, as well as developing tailored plans for e-retailers and e-commerce platforms. This role requires a data-driven approach to optimize performance and drive growth in digital channels. This position will report into the Trade Marketing Director.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing and social media campaigns
- Develop retailer-specific digital strategies and maintain a strong digital presence
- Analyze trends and insights from e-retailers and e-commerce partners to optimize marketing spend and performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative strategies that drive e-commerce and digital growth for major retailers
- Evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints using data analytics
- Identify conversion points and optimize user funnels to enhance engagement and sales
- Work closely with the EMEA team on Amazon-related initiatives
Required Education/Experience:
- Degree in Marketing, Business or related fields
- 2+ years of Digital Marketing experience in the Fragrance, Beauty or Luxury industries
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrable experience in managing SEO/SEM campaigns, social media
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and designing digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Basic knowledge of digital advertising campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and online measurement
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French is a plus
