What does your day-to-day in this role look like?

• Conducting lead management by contacting existing customers in the B2B market on a daily basis, identifying sales opportunities.
• Establishing trust relations with key decision-makers in the marketing industry and serving as a consultant for their online advertising strategy.
• Understanding the business goals of your clients to match the required online advertisement solutions.
• Providing strategic campaign support and advertiser training to educate your clients.
• Growing revenue by up-selling to existing clients.
• Achieving strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.

Requirements

• Native level of written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team spirit.
• Experience (minimum 6 months) in online sales.
• Experience in advertising or Digital Marketing.
• High School Diploma.
• EU passport / ID or Portuguese resident card.
