A leading luxury brand in Rome is looking for a Digital Manager to oversee website usability and lead UX design projects. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in digital project management and is fluent in English. Responsibilities include collaboration with marketing for campaign launches and maintaining the Digital UX roadmap. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in complex environments.

Competenze

Descrizione del lavoro

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Monitor website usability and lead UI and UX design projects (from research to delivery), as well as ongoing UX optimization activities to improve site performance and conversion.
  2. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Project Manager to ensure successful launch of key campaigns and product launches.
  3. Maintain the Digital UX roadmap through stakeholder collaboration and continuous prioritization.
  4. Implement and negotiate mid-term digital plans and priorities with the IT team, monitoring progress weekly.
  5. Identify and deploy new tools to support optimization processes (e.g., A/B testing and personalization).
  6. Coordinate post-release data analysis for projects to measure website improvements and performance; liaise with the Digital & Social Analyst to create effective recurring digital reports.
  7. Organize WW and regional sessions for best practice sharing and feedback collection.
  8. Contribute to the global digital marketing strategy by scouting innovative solutions, monitoring industry trends, and supporting the company's digital evolution.

Profile

  1. At least 5 years of experience in the digital field, preferably in consultancy or large corporate environments.
  2. Strong track record in digital program and project management within complex settings.
  3. Experience in UX/CX design and business development.
  4. Interest in emerging technologies.
  5. Good knowledge of Google Analytics.
  6. Fluency in English is mandatory.
  7. Ability to work effectively in complex, changing environments and meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects.
  8. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  9. Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations.
  10. Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
