G-nous is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to define and lead marketing and growth initiatives at group level. You will be responsible for managing marketing operations and campaigns, analyzing data to optimize performance, and driving lead generation and customer acquisition.
What you will do
- Define and execute marketing operations and campaigns to drive acquisition, growth, and retention across channels
- Drive experiments and monitor KPIs to optimize conversion
- Define, monitor, and optimize the marketing budget across channels
- Lead and contribute to the definition of content and copy strategy for each initiative
- Support the development of commercial and CRM strategy in conjunction with head office
- Coordinate with our communication department to strengthen G-nous reputation and image
- Coordinate with our design team to define the creative materials for each initiative
Who we are looking for
- At least 4 years of experience in strategic marketing roles, preferably within tech companies or startups
- Proven ability to design and execute impactful marketing operations and campaigns across diverse channels
- Expertise with data analysis to optimize performances, reporting results to stakeholders
- Strong experience with lead generation and customer acquisition techniques
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative vision, both for campaign development and process improvement
