Working in partnership with GRS Recruitment, this company is looking to hire a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager for their team. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating and executing marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and overall growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate marketing professional to leverage industry knowledge and creativity to position our brands as a leader in the competitive CFD and Prop trading market.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the CFD and Prop Trading industries. This includes online digital marketing initiatives, and brand positioning strategies aimed at customer acquisition and retention.
  2. Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, competitive landscape, and the latest market developments. Utilize this information to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaigns.
  3. Ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all marketing channels. Develop compelling brand narratives that resonate with target audiences, establishing the company as a trusted authority in the CFD and Prop trading market.
  4. Plan, execute, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising. Optimize these campaigns to drive engagement and conversion.
  5. Oversee content creation, including articles, blogs, videos, webinars, and educational resources tailored to both new and experienced traders. Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and adds value to the audience.
  6. Develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition. Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales objectives.
  7. Manage social media accounts, engage with followers, and build an active online community. Monitor social media channels to engage with users and address customer inquiries or concerns.
  8. Use analytics tools to measure the performance of marketing campaigns, website traffic, customer engagement, and ROI. Provide detailed reports and recommendations to senior management on campaign effectiveness.
  9. Work with product development, customer support, and compliance teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business performance.
  10. Manage the headquarter marketing team, oversee the work of local marketing teams and our third-party collaborators (such as digital marketing agencies and affiliate advertising), and apply hands-on work when needed.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications in marketing is a plus.
  2. 3+ years of experience in marketing management within the CFD business. Proven success in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  3. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, etc.).
  4. Experience with Google Analytics, CRM tools, and other performance tracking software.
  5. Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  6. Ability to think strategically and analytically.
  7. Knowledge of the FOREX market, trading platforms, and financial products.
  8. Creative and innovative with a focus on delivering results.
  9. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
  10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  11. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  12. Preferred Qualifications:
  13. Advanced knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
