ANEST COLLECTIVE is searching for a key Digital leader to take charge of all the Digital Marketing and PR activities in Europe.

This is an exciting opportunity to be a central part of the development of a new luxury brand and to be part of a small, cohesive team of professionals with a strong track record in the luxury industry.

Job description & accountabilities
  1. Define the medium and long-term Digital & Communication strategy that will help raise awareness of the brand in Europe and support its development in China.
  2. Achieve shared ROI targets with management through personal contribution and the use of internal and external resources such as influencer relations, PR agencies, art directors, content creators, and media press.
  3. Lead digital marketing efforts by developing brand campaigns and executing integrated digital marketing and communication strategies, with a strong focus on digital and social media.
  4. Develop bespoke projects with media owners and KOLs that reflect the brand values and stand out in a crowded market.
  5. Lead a data-driven digital marketing strategy, including envisioning how consumer data and insights can be used to drive segmentation, targeting, messaging, and CRM.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
  • Proven 7+ years of experience in communication or marketing within the luxury sector.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with excellent interpersonal skills who can support founders and top management in deploying business strategy.
  • A deep interest and sensitivity towards contemporary art, design, poetic imagery, and the development of creative communication events.
