Being a Digital Marketing Manager at N2JSoft means:

Reporting directly to the Head of Growth, you will be responsible for acquiring users for our N2F product, an expense management solution, in the Italian market.

Your main objective will be to monitor, manage, and scale our lead generation efforts, leveraging all digital acquisition channels and growth hacking techniques.

In addition to this, your role will include:

  • Ensuring smart, ROI-focused spending of our marketing budget,
  • Optimizing and monitoring our SEO, SEA, and SEM campaigns,
  • Implementing outbound and inbound prospecting campaigns,
  • Managing and overseeing agencies working with us (website creation, blog, etc.),
  • Identifying new channels and strategies,
  • Measuring lead quality and analysing profitability,
  • Regularly reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to top management.

It is important to note that we are looking for someone who is both proactive and highly hands-on, and who is either a native or bilingual Italian speaker.

What we’re looking for:

Your educational background is not our primary criteria. We are seeking someone who is:

  • Motivated with a strong drive to succeed,
  • Skilled in digital marketing and automation,
  • Experienced in digital strategy, traffic management, and acquisition (at least two years in a B2B context),
  • Passionate about challenges and A/B testing to optimize performance,
  • Fluent in English and Italian (mandatory).

With a dynamic personality and a natural smile, you should have prior experience in a similar role within a SaaS software company.
