The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a motivated Digital Marketing intern in Milano to gain hands-on experience across media and campaign operations. You will work closely with the team on day-to-day activities and contribute to live projects that shape our digital presence.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Marketing or Economics degree, have a solid understanding of social platforms, and can work autonomously with strong organizational skills.

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and media planning principles.
• Knowledge of the main social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).
• Precision and attention to deadlines.
• Strong autonomy, proactivity, and problem-solving mindset.
• Degree in Marketing or Economics or related field.
• Proficiency in Canva, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
