A leading organization in digital marketing is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & Engagement Manager to enhance online visibility and oversee digital campaigns. You will manage event planning and ensure effective client engagement strategies are implemented. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, strong communication skills, and expertise in SEO, PPC, and analytics.
Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (PPC, display ads, social media) to achieve marketing goals.
Lead online reputation management, engaging with audiences and managing feedback across digital channels.
Plan and execute strategic online and in-person events, such as webinars, podcasts, industry conferences, and seminars, aligning with the company’s marketing and business objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate digital tools and strategies effectively in both online promotions and in-person event executions.
Utilize data and analytics to assess the performance of digital campaigns and events, leveraging insights to inform future strategies and improve ROI.
Act as a liaison between the marketing department and other departments, ensuring a unified approach to client and employee engagement.
Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices in event planning to continually enhance the organization’s marketing initiatives.
Strong expertise in SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
Expert in WordPress and SEMRUSH / ahREFS (or other keyword tools)
Experience with online reputation management and audience engagement.
Demonstrated ability in leveraging analytics to drive marketing strategies.
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding knowledge of the English language (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. At least 10 years of experience or advanced training specific to digital marketing.
