We are seeking a highly strategic and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead thegroup’s visibility and digital voice across a collection of ultra-luxury and designed stunningproperties, nestled in some of the world’s most breathtaking locations, that reflects theircommitment to sophistication, innovation, and exclusivity. This role is ideal for content
experts and brand storytellers who understand the nuances of the high-end market and ispassionate about crafting narratives that engage a select clientele with refined tastes and
appreciation for timeless elegance.
Key responsibilities :
- Develop and implement refined digital marketing strategies across the portfolio,ensuring consistent alignment with brand identity and tone of voice.
- Define and oversee editorial plans across platforms, coordinating with agencies oncontent calendars, messaging, and visual storytelling.
- Curate, brief, and manage the creation of digital content (social media, newsletters,blog articles, digital campaigns), ensuring all materials reflect the group’s high-endpositioning and aesthetic values.
- Partner with the digital agency to manage paid campaigns, track KPIs, and optimizeperformance across digital channels.
- Collaborate with the PR agency to align messaging, amplify campaigns, andstrengthen brand visibility in international luxury and lifestyle media.
- Ensure that digital communications across properties — including social media,websites and email marketing — maintain a unified and elevated voice.
- Monitor industry trends, digital innovation, and competitor activity, applying insightsto keep the brand at the forefront of the luxury space.
- Guide the production of assets and content during shoots, stays, or events, ensuringcreative output meets both strategic and visual standards.
- Serve as a brand guardian across digital channels, ensuring every piece of contentreinforces the brand's values, tone, and exclusivity.
- Support on-site and remote activations with content strategy, live storytelling, anddigital coordination across properties.
- Travel to properties for content creation, brand immersions, and agencycoordination.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing & communications, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, within the luxury hospitality,fashion, or lifestyle industries.
- A refined eye for storytelling, content, and visual direction within a luxury brandenvironment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver aligned marketingoutcomes.
- Fluent in English and italian languages, both written and spoken
- Proficient in content planning, editorial strategies, digital analytics, and campaignmanagement.
- Skilled in briefing and reviewing content, managing tone of voice, and driving brandconsistency.
- Strong organizational abilities and excellent communication skills.
- High attention to detail, a passion for storytelling, and a genuine understanding ofluxury audiences.
