Your challenge will be:

You will actively contribute to the growth of our Learning & Development team, which designs and creates digital training objects, plans and delivers virtual classrooms, develops learning paths within our Academy, and manages the backend of various LMS platforms.

Within this context, you will:

1. Design optimal training solutions based on project constraints
2. Participate in creating Learning Objects, collaborating with subject-matter experts (SMEs), and be capable of creating storyboards, video scripts, and supporting training materials
3. Coordinate with a creative team to produce visual and video assets necessary for training objects
4. Identify the best criteria to evaluate intervention effectiveness and develop suitable measurement tools (tests, quizzes, assessments, etc.)
5. Develop training objects (audio, video, interactive scenarios) in SCORM format using various tools (Articulate Suite, Camtasia)
6. Engage with clients and stakeholders to achieve project objectives effectively
7. Research trends, solutions, and tools to evolve Learning & Development processes, sharing knowledge within the team

1. Has at least 2-3 years of experience managing digital learning projects
2. Knows and can use main authoring tools (Articulate Storyline or Rise) and possibly video editing/screen recording tools
3. Has managed and is familiar with the backend of various LMS platforms (experience with Docebo and Moodle is a plus)
4. Possesses a good command of English
5. Has a collaborative and proactive approach, is open to listening and sharing
