Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub and the home to all NGG staff functions. This location is where the behind-the-scenes driving force of NGG comes to life, complemented by archive exhibits of brand collaborations throughout the office.

The Role

NGG++ is seeking a Digital Key Account Manager to drive revenue and act as an ambassador for assigned accounts both internally and externally. You will be responsible for increasing market share and maintaining key relationships across our online and pure player accounts.

What You'll Do
  • Support revenue growth across online and pure player accounts and categories by expanding market share and nurturing key relationships.
  • Assist in developing seasonal marketplace strategies to ensure go-to-market readiness, working closely with the Online Partners Director.
  • Represent assigned accounts internally as an ambassador and manage all account interfaces.
  • Track progress against KPIs, monitor customer and competitor activities, and propose strategic actions.
  • Drive mutual profitability using relevant commercial and business planning tools.
  • Ensure customer compliance with contractual agreements.
Who You Are
  • Proven experience in digital, online key account management at a senior level.
  • Experience managing key accounts within pure-player eCommerce platforms.
  • Strong industry knowledge in apparel, footwear, and accessories.
  • Understanding of local markets, consumers, and commercial needs.
  • Proactive, driven, and determined to achieve sales objectives and KPIs.
