A leading consulting firm is seeking a freelance MES Consultant for a remote role, preferably located in Italy. The consultant will oversee the integration of Manufacturing Execution Systems, working closely with site teams and engineers, while ensuring compliance with cGMP standards. This six-month position demands strong experience with MES and technical issue resolution to facilitate seamless system integration.

Competenze

• Strong experience with MES and automation systems required.
• Thorough understanding of cGMP system requirements.
• Experience in software configuration/coding and documentation practices.

This is a freelance consulting position, paid in US dollars.

• Work closely with the site team responsible for manufacturing equipment to provide technical guidance and support in the integration of equipment for Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
• Responsible for the MES integration pack, roadmap, and deliverables. Liaise with site engineering leads and automation engineers.
• Strong experience with MES and automation systems.
• Facilitate and conduct regular agile planning for MES integration.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues related to MES integration.
• Manage activities related to URS/FRS generation, software configuration/coding, and oversee MES software documentation practices.
• Thorough understanding of cGMP system requirements and knowledge of computer system design and maintenance lifecycle in cGMP environments.
• Coordinate with MES platform providers, engineering contractors, and equipment vendors on document preparation, approval, coding, and delivery processes.
