A leading consulting firm is seeking a remote freelance MES Integration Consultant for a project running from July 1 to December 31, 2025. The role involves close collaboration with site teams and requires strong expertise in MES and Automation systems, along with a solid understanding of system cGMP requirements. The ideal candidate is expected to facilitate Agile planning and troubleshoot any integration issues, delivering high-quality results throughout the project.

REMOTE opening but prefer someone in Italy who speaks Italian

Length: -- July 1 though Dec. 31 2025

This is a FREELANCE Consulting opening and you would be paid US dollars

• Work closely with the site team responsible for manufacturing equipment to provide technical guidance and support in the integration of equipment for Manufacturing Execution System (MES).

• Responsible for the MES integration pack, roadmap, and deliverables. Liaise with site engineering leads and automation engineers.

• Strong experience with MES & Automation systems.

• Facilitate and continue regular Agile planning for MES integration.

• Analyze and solve technical issues related to MES integration.

• Manage activities of URS/FRS generation, software configuration/coding, and oversee MES software documentation practices.

• A thorough understanding of system cGMP requirements and demonstrable knowledge of computer system design and maintenance lifecycle in cGMP environments.

• Liaise where necessary with MES platform provider, engineering contractor, and equipment vendors on document preparation, approval, coding, and delivery lifecycle.
