A leading consulting firm seeks a freelance consultant for a remote MES integration project. Your experience in MES and automation systems is critical for managing the integration, supporting the site team, and ensuring compliance with cGMP requirements. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders and overseeing documentation practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Descrizione del lavoro

Remote opening, but preference for candidates in Italy who speak Italian.

Duration: July 1 through December 31, 2025.

This is a freelance consulting position, paid in US dollars.

• Collaborate closely with the site team responsible for manufacturing equipment to provide technical guidance and support in integrating equipment for Manufacturing Execution System (MES).

• Manage the MES integration pack, roadmap, and deliverables. Coordinate with site engineering leads and automation engineers.

• Require strong experience with MES and automation systems.

• Facilitate and participate in regular Agile planning sessions for MES integration.

• Analyze and resolve technical issues related to MES integration.

• Oversee activities related to URS/FRS generation, software configuration/coding, and ensure proper documentation practices for MES software.

• Have a thorough understanding of cGMP requirements and demonstrate knowledge of the lifecycle of computer system design and maintenance in cGMP environments.

• Collaborate with MES platform providers, engineering contractors, and equipment vendors on document preparation, approval, coding, and delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
