Dompé aims to enhance communication through the role of Digital & Integrated Communication Lead, focusing on developing promotional materials and executing digital strategies for internal and external visibility. Candidates should possess a degree in relevant fields and at least three years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry. Proficiency in English and major IT tools is essential.

Digital & Integrated Communication Lead – Primary & Specialty Care

The Digital & Integrated Communication Lead develops promotional materials based on Marketing brand campaigns, adapting them to the specific channels’ requirements. He/she executes digital campaign analyses based on objectives and needs stated by Brand Managers. Based on the Marketing plan, he/she implements communication activities to enhance visibility for company and brand projects to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develops promotional materials based on Marketing brand campaigns, adapting them to the specific requirements of each channel.
  • Ensures that the developed promotional materials are of high quality, effectively and efficiently conveying the intended messages.
  • Supports Brand Managers in cross activities related to social media properties and websites for Primary Care Brands, including domains and hosting.
  • Executes analyses of digital campaigns based on the objectives and needs of brands stated by Brand Managers.
  • Implements communication activities to enhance the visibility of company and brand projects to both internal and external stakeholders, based on plans approved by the Head of Marketing.
  • Manages and supervises the cross-functional team dedicated to digital and graphic design, guiding it through continuous coordination activities towards the defined objectives.
  • Proactively interacts with Drug Safety in reporting suspected adverse reactions.
  • Knows the legal, deontological, and business rules that govern the activities for which they are responsible, and acts in accordance with them.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Economics or scientific disciplines.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical / life-science sector.
  • At least 3 years of extensive work experience within a digital / marketing department.

Required Skills

Fluent English and good knowledge of major IT tools and applications. Excellent knowledge of social media, content marketing, online advertising tools, and data analysis. Interest in following the new trends of e-commerce, technology, and digital marketing in general. In-depth knowledge of individual social channels and best practices for building and monitoring their performance. Knowledge of the main productivity and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, MS Office).
