This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Digital Infrastructure Technician. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our data centers.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of our data center infrastructure, including electrical and mechanical systems. This will involve monitoring and inspecting equipment, performing routine checks and maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting faults.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations by monitoring and inspecting equipment, performing routine checks and maintenance tasks.
• Participate in emergency drills and learn how to respond to alarms.
• Conduct visual inspections and make sure everything is running smoothly.
• Troubleshoot faults, read technical diagrams, and work with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Management Systems (EPMS).

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Basic technical knowledge and troubleshooting abilities.
• A desire to learn and work in a demanding yet rewarding team environment.
• The ability to perform a range of complex work activities with some degree of personal responsibility and autonomy.

Work Environment

You will be based at a STACK data center campus in Milan. Our teams operate 24/7, year-round, so you'll be part of a shift schedule. You may occasionally rotate across other sites to learn best practices and support as needed.

This is a long-term career path – learners can graduate into COT Level 1 roles and can go on to become senior technicians or team leads within a few years.
