Digital HR Compensation Specialist

Team Overview and Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a passionate professional to support our digital transformation in Compensation. The compensation function is responsible for defining, implementing, and monitoring remuneration policies aligned with business objectives.

You will be part of the Human Resources Management team and will play a strategic role in the organization, directly impacting employee performance and goal achievement.

What you will do
  • Manage and optimize the core HR system (Workday) for remuneration policies at the group level.
  • Support the Compensation & Benefits team in managing main compensation processes using core HR systems and dedicated tools.
  • Collaborate closely with payroll departments to ensure accurate and timely payments of salaries, pensions, and social security contributions.
  • Maintain and administer the HR System (Workday), ensuring data integrity and accuracy, and provide training/support to HR team members and end-users.
  • Ensure compliance with Italian and international regulations and internal guidelines.
  • Assist in defining salary increase budgets for the Annual Salary Review, including reporting and analysis in collaboration with HR and Business Leads.
  • Develop and manage remuneration tools such as surveys and benchmarking to monitor market trends and identify gaps.
  • Contribute to process and system improvements for optimal resource utilization.
  • Provide consultancy on remuneration and benefits issues.
  • Participate in Compensation & Benefits projects to develop workflows and manage information.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • English proficiency at B2 level.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Workday is a plus.
