Team Overview and Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a passionate colleague to support our digital transformation in the area of Compensation. The compensation function is responsible for defining, implementing, and monitoring all remuneration policies in line with business objectives.

You will be part of the Human Resources Management team and will play a strategic role within the organization, directly affecting employee performance and their ability to meet company goals.

What you will do

  • Manage and optimize the core HR system (Workday) for remuneration policies at the group level;
  • Support the Compensation & Benefits team in managing main compensation processes using core HR systems and dedicated tools;
  • Collaborate closely with payroll departments to ensure correct and timely payment of salaries, pensions, and social security contributions;
  • Maintain and administer the core HR System (Workday), ensuring data integrity and accuracy, and provide training/support to HR team members and end-users;
  • Ensure compliance with current regulations (both Italian and international) and internal guidelines;
  • Support the definition of salary increase budgets for the Annual Salary Review process, including reporting and analysis to assist HR and Business Leads, considering macroeconomic and financial contexts;
  • Develop and manage remuneration tools (surveys, benchmarking, etc.) to monitor market trends and identify gaps compared to competitors;
  • Contribute to continuous process and system improvements, optimizing resource use;
  • Provide consultancy on remuneration and benefits management issues;
  • Participate in various Compensation & Benefits projects to develop workflows and manage information.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields;
  • English language proficiency at B2 level;
  • Proven experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Experience working in international and multicultural environments;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Knowledge of Workday is a plus.
