The Digital Health Customer Success Expert - Italy is a commercially oriented consultative role within our EMEA Digital Health organization.

This role involves leading successful customer implementations across our digital product portfolio, engaging closely with Regional / Country Sales and Marketing Teams to support pre-sales activities. Your digital health expertise will be crucial in articulating our value proposition to customer decision makers (Administrative, IT) and addressing their specific IT requirements for effective integration of our solutions.

Your team

This position reports to the Digital Health Versia EMEA Manager and supports our digital portfolio across Kidney Care, including both Chronic and Acute businesses.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop proposals and responses to requests from prospective and current clients, especially during renewal processes.
  2. Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and Security Questionnaires to craft appropriate responses.
  3. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Technology departments to produce high-quality responses and maintain an RFP database.
  4. Prepare customer pitch decks with Global and Regional / Country Marketing teams to showcase our value proposition.
  5. Create customer-facing collateral such as software and data specifications to aid IT collaborators in understanding deployment and support.
  6. Participate in pre-sales discussions, providing digital health expertise from product and IT perspectives.
  7. Conduct customer demonstrations highlighting our digital capabilities and their benefits.

Implementation and Customer Success Management

  1. Manage customer implementations, end-user training, change management, and product launches.
  2. Work with Integration Engineers and Customer IT teams to ensure successful technical deployment.
  3. Ensure high customer satisfaction through HyperCare support, ensuring effective use by end-users and patients.
  4. Review adoption metrics and provide ongoing training and feedback for product improvements.

What you will bring

  • Background in computer science or engineering with experience supporting pre-sales, implementation, training, or customer success in Healthcare, MedTech, or Life Sciences.
  • Knowledge of digital health trends such as Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, AI, and Data Analytics.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is preferred.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and asking questions.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian.
