The Digital Health Customer Success Expert - Italy is a commercially oriented consultative role within our EMEA Digital Health organization.
This role involves leading successful customer implementations across our digital product portfolio, engaging closely with Regional / Country Sales and Marketing Teams to support pre-sales activities. Your digital health expertise will be crucial in articulating our value proposition to customer decision makers (Administrative, IT) and addressing their specific IT requirements for effective integration of our solutions.
Your team
This position reports to the Digital Health Versia EMEA Manager and supports our digital portfolio across Kidney Care, including both Chronic and Acute businesses.
