3. Responsible for Local Strategy: Provide strategic support to the local client in implementing targeted CRM initiatives, considering the dynamics and specifics of the local automotive market.
4. Operational Client Interface: Act as the primary consultancy and operational contact for the local client, managing communications and relationships effectively and proactively.
5. Automotive Industry Experience: Have experience in the automotive or lead management-oriented industry, with in-depth knowledge of market dynamics, trends, and best practices in the sector.

Requirements

• Previous experience of at least 4-5 years in similar roles, preferably in the automotive sector.
• In-depth knowledge of CRM marketing principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in data analysis and insights generation to evaluate CRM campaign effectiveness.
• Ability to work in a multinational and multicultural environment, collaborating with global teams and stakeholders.
