Guerlain seeks a Marketing Intern to support its digital marketing initiatives. In this role, you will help manage e-commerce content, coordinate visibility plans, and conduct analyses in a dynamic luxury environment. The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s degree in marketing or economics, strong analytical skills, and a proactive attitude towards learning in the digital landscape.

Competenze

  • Prior experience in the beauty/luxury environment is a plus.
  • Experience in digital teams or agencies are considered a bonus.
  • Fluent in English; other languages are advantageous.

As an intern of the Marketing Department, in a context of business growth and transformation, you will actively participate in digital marketing activities, such as management of e-commerce of the Brand, coordination of visibility plans for e-retailers and management of CRM communications.

RESPONSIBILITIES : Support Guerlain Digital team in the following day-by-day activities :

Coordination and management of content-flow and visibility plans of e-retailers. Delivery of CRM communications. Optimization and management of the contents of Italian Guerlain e-commerce to promote growth on its traffic and sell out. Management of the daily activities of Guerlain digital channels in conjunction with different kind of agencies and headquarter based in Paris. Monitoring of digital, social and CRM activations of brand competitors and e-retailers. Implementation of new digital tools and applications. Ad-hoc analysis and reports.

PROFILE :

Digital savvy, curious attitude, entrepreneurial and problem-solving approach. Master’s degree in marketing or economics, a previous experience in beauty / luxury environment, digital team or in agencies are considered a plus. Excellent analytical skills and data-driven mindset. Excellent communication and relational skills. Desire to learn, proactivity and ability to work in a team and independently. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and Power Point). Fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
