As an intern in the Marketing Department, within a context of business growth and transformation, you will actively participate in digital marketing activities, including managing the brand's e-commerce, coordinating visibility plans for e-retailers, and managing CRM communications.

Responsibilities:
  • Support Guerlain's Digital team in daily activities, including:
  • Coordination and management of content flow and visibility plans for e-retailers.
  • Execution of CRM communications.
  • Optimization and management of content on Italian Guerlain e-commerce to promote growth in traffic and sales.
  • Managing daily activities of Guerlain's digital channels in collaboration with various agencies and the headquarters in Paris.
  • Monitoring digital, social, and CRM activations of brand competitors and e-retailers.
  • Implementation of new digital tools and applications.
  • Conducting ad-hoc analysis and preparing reports.
Profile:
  • Digital-savvy with a curious attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, and problem-solving approach.
  • Master’s degree in marketing or economics; previous experience in the beauty/luxury sector, digital teams, or agencies is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
