Prometeia is one of the European leaders in Risk Management and Wealth and Asset Management solutions, and is seeking for motivated people with a strong analytical background to be included within the Pricing Unit & Financial Innovation competence line, that operates in delivering solutions to medium and large-sized primary financial institutions as well as public companies, including supervisors of banks and financial services providers.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and support digital transformation and process innovation initiatives in Wealth & Asset Management, mapping complex business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Gather and analyze functional and business requirements; model data and define IT solutions to support Portfolio Management, Sales, Operations, Finance, Risk Management, and Reporting.
  • Prepare functional analyses, technical specifications, and user documentation; design, execute, and validate system, functional, and integration tests.
  • Coordinate project activities in complex regulatory and organizational environments, liaising continuously with clients, implementation teams, and technology partners to ensure Alignment, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Optimize operational and organizational models; monitor progress and report project status transparently.

BACKGROUND AND JOB SKILLS:

  • Proven experience in the financial services sector, preferably in asset management or investment banking, ideally with a broad knowledge base or experience across multiple areas such as Portfolio Management, Sales, Operations, Finance, Reporting, and Risk Management
  • Strong analytical and technical skills to assess problems, identify appropriate solutions, draft functional analyses, design and perform testing, and interact effectively with implementation teams (internal and/or external) as well as with clients
  • Solid understanding of data modeling and conceptualization, particularly related to financial products
  • High level of autonomy and a proactive attitude in managing complex projects
  • At least 3 years of experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing cross-enterprise projects within complex organizational and regulatory environments
