    • Join Our Sales Team as a Digital Consultant!
    • You are NOT going to sell cars _
    • Your Role
    • Reporting to the Head of Sales you will be responsible for building and maintaining a portfolio of dealers, working against monthly and quarterly sales targets. You will achieve the targets by adding monthly revenue from new business, upsell and cross sell outbound activities mainly made over the phone, video call or in person meetings. The split is typically 60% new business and 40% existing customers.

    • Sales Development
    • Constantly building a valued pipeline to secure new clients acquisition and achieve Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) goals.
    • Consistently meet or exceed weekly KPIs, such as cold calls and meetings scheduled.
    • Schedule and participate in online and onsite meetings with targeted dealerships.
    • Maintain a high level of reporting in our CRM (Hubspot).
    • Portfolio Management
    • Build and manage a portfolio of existing customers, developing meaningful relationships based on trust and collaboration with C-level stakeholders.
    • Hold regular reviews with customers to assess performance, identify challenges and suggest improvements.
    • Provide education and coaching, helping customers embrace innovative solutions, such as Google Analytics, tracking tools and drive progress.
    • Conduct portfolio health checks to monitor metrics like lead levels, tracking, NPS (Net Promoter Score), and churn signals.
    • Actively identify new opportunities for upsell and cross sell, ensuring long-term customer success and satisfaction.
    • What You Need
    • 2+ years sales experience working in a fast paced environment within B2B tech.
    • Proven ability to engage with C-level and manage the full sales cycle.
    • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to engage and influence various stakeholders throughout the sales process.
    • A strong interest in or familiarity with digital marketing, advertising and analytics tools.
    • On-Camera Presence, confident and engaging on camera, with clear communication skills to connect with audiences in virtual settings.
    • Proactive in generating fresh ideas to enhance contents, campaigns, events and team activities.
    • Team spirit - Bring positive energy on the sales floor.
    • Language Skills : Native-level in Italian and fluency in English (it is our internal company language).
    • Driving License.
    • Nice-to-Have Skills
    • Knowledge of the automotive industry or experience with dealerships.
    • Knowledge of Google Analytics 4.
