At dentsu we are looking for a Digital Consultant to be employed in our Milan office.
The purpose of the role is to support clients reach their business goals by managing their digital performance strategy and execution.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of paid search (e.g., Google Ads, Bing), paid social (e.g., Facebook, Twitter), and display performance campaigns (e.g., networks, affiliation, DEM, retargeting), ensuring effective time and project management throughout all phases.
  • Strong analytical skills to supervise programmatic strategies and generate actionable insights for performance reporting.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign processes: brief analysis, strategy definition, media budget allocation, vendor negotiation, media planning, booking, creative delivery, account setup, keyword and copy creation, daily optimization, and reporting—while maintaining a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
  • Maintain a strong focus on client KPIs, proactively identifying opportunities to meet and exceed targets, even under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients on all digital marketing activities and trends, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ensure best practices and drive innovation across all digital initiatives, with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Support the digital leader in coordinating and motivating the team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Build strong relationships across Client Services and cross-channel teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Communication or similar fields
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing digital advertising campaigns, with the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results.
  • Strong expertise in DSPs such as DV360 and Adform.
  • Proficient in search and social advertising platforms (Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, Twitter).
  • Solid understanding of display performance media vendors and technologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization techniques and familiarity with Ad Serving and Analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen, with a structured and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
