The Umbra Institute in Perugia, Italy is seeking a Digital Communications & Student Services Assistant for a full-time temporary maternity leave replacement. The role focuses on digital communications, content creation, SEO, and AI-assisted workflows, with a portion of time dedicated to student services.

The ideal candidate has a degree in communications or a related field, strong English skills, experience with social media, WordPress, Google Analytics, Canva, and Photoshop, and a proactive,

Competenze

• Degree or relevant background in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Journalism, PR, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital communication.
• Good understanding of SEO and web content management.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills (B2; C1 preferred).
• Familiarity with AI tools and generative AI applications.

Mansioni

• Manage and develop the Institute’s social media channels (planning, creating, publishing).
• Create, edit, and update content for the Institute’s website and blog.
• Contribute to SEO strategy, keyword research, content optimization, and analytics.
• Develop multimedia content promoting the Institute, its programs, events, and student experiences.
• Assist with newsletters, promotional materials, and other digital communications.
• Support Student Services with routine questions and administrative tasks.
