About the role

In this role you will lead the Digital Commerce strategy, planning and execution for SE Iberian markets (Spain and Portugal), ensuring meeting NS target & Sell Out and delivering consistently growth by managing all levers (Retail Media, PPA, Digital Shelf and Promo), playing also a crucial role in integrating digital commerce into the local organization.

This position will be for a fixed term role.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Dcommerce strategies to boost brand visibility, sales, and market share in Iberian markets.

  • Full P&L control of all pure player customers, finding efficiencies as per Net Revenue management guidelines.

  • Retail Media JBPs Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize retail media campaigns across various platforms, ensuring they align with the brand's goals and objectives.

  • Budget Management: Manage Dcommerce Iberian budget effectively, allocate resources, and monitor campaign performances to ensure ROI.

  • You will manage the relationship with agency and data providers, defining their objectives and ways of working.

  • You will be responsible for the integration of Digital commerce in the marketing media plans working closely with marketing managers from Spain and Portugal.

  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the Dcommerce landscape (use of Circana and IQVIA panel

  • Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics, such as Profitero SKAI, Amazon Marketing Cloud, Amazon Vendor Central and Google Analytics to assess campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.

  • Lead Dcommerce Global & Regional agenda & tasks required for Spain & Portugal.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market data, digital shelf & retail media data analysis tools.

  • Proven experience in media including on- and off- platform activations planning in e-commerce, or experience in marketing managing media campaigns.

  • Knowledge of advertising platforms, retail industry trends, and digital marketing – strong knowledge of Amazon Advertising

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.

  • Capable to influence stakeholders at all levels within and outside the company

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant commercial experience

  • A strong attitude to stay updated with industry trends, externally oriented, is a key requirement for this role.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team and ability to influence business decisions.

  • Ability to communicate clearly, to educate the organization about Dcommerce and positively influence business decision.

  • English proficiency is a mandatory requirement, knowledge of at least one of the Iberian languages is a plus (Spanish and Portuguese).
