Reporting to the Regional CCC Lead, the Digital Channel Lead will support regional growth efforts with a focus on developing new digital capabilities, capturing growth opportunities through the development and optimisation of our partners' digital channels. You will become the trusted advisor to our Country and Account Leads on "all things Digital" for Italy, Spain and Portugal, as well as a strong local counterpart for the central teams in London.

This high-impact role requires a highly motivated and experienced digital expert with great attention to detail, who must collaborate with multiple teams to perfectly execute and deliver on time the identified projects/opportunities. The ideal candidate has a customer-centric attitude, able to deliver against a vision and to simplify complex tasks to create an outstanding customer and partner experience. While possessing natural teamwork abilities, strategic thinking, robust project management skills, and analytical proficiency. Deep industry knowledge of digital channels, tools, and KPIs is essential.

The Digital Channel Lead will collaborate with a cross-functional team to shape the digital funnel, from how customers discover to how they purchase Apple products through our channel partners. Help shape ground-breaking and customer-centric experiences that take into account global industry trends, consumer behaviour, and Apple core values. Test, optimize, and analyze ideas. Synthesize conclusions into recommendations and business cases for implementing change. Provide a deep understanding of industry trends and competitors activity, to develop relevant opportunities that can drive business performance.

Develop presentations and best practices playbooks for customer workshops to inspire them to achieve best-in-class Digital CX practices. In close collaboration with our central Digital teams, develop the digital playbook for the South Europe accounts, and regularly report on progress to relevant stakeholders. Develop regional digital review & reporting by analyzing data insights, digital KPIs, and CX monitoring to present current state and determine appropriate actions.
