Digital Change Analyst

Are you passionate about digital transformation in life sciences and eager to drive change at the intersection of technology, operations, and people?

We're seeking a Digital Change Analyst to join our forward-thinking team in Parma. In this role, you'll help lead the adoption of cutting-edge digital solutions, ensuring successful integration and operational alignment across manufacturing and quality domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and drive the implementation of digital initiatives across operations, quality, and supply chain functions.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption and continuous improvement of digital solutions.
  • Manage change activities during MES (Manufacturing Execution System) deployments, with a focus on user readiness, training, and communication.
  • Conduct impact assessments, develop change strategies, and coordinate stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Support the documentation and tracking of project milestones and KPIs related to change adoption and user satisfaction.

Why You?

Basic Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience at GSK or within a similar pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with MES deployments - from requirement gathering to go-live support.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including QA, operations, IT, and leadership teams.
  • Understanding of GxP compliance, data integrity, and digital validation principles.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to translate technical details into business-relevant insights.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Several years of experience in digital transformation, change management, or IT project roles in a pharma or regulated environment.
  • Knowledge of digital tools (e.g., Veeva, Werum PAS-X, SAP, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
