Digital Campaign Specialist - Content Editor

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Digital Campaign Specialist to join the Digital Design Team within the Digital division at Prada Group.

The candidate will be part of the Digital Content Team, responsible for creating, optimizing, and deploying email campaigns using Adobe Journey Optimizer, including developing wireframes based on UI / UX team guidance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Support the CRM team in managing the newsletter calendar and executing email campaigns.
  2. Coordinate asset collection, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
  3. Build and deploy email campaigns with Adobe Journey Optimizer or Adobe Campaign, including HTML editing.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Proven experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer or Adobe Campaign.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or other graphic tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Understanding of the fashion industry is a plus.
