As part of strengthening its team, Forward Media part of Havas Group, the media agency dedicated to the global leader in Luxury, is currently seeking a Digital Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of digital media budgets for luxury Brands operating across multiple markets, ensuring strategic coherence and flawless execution;
- Develop actionable digital strategies and full funnel media plans comprehensive of data-driven audience and channel mix planning, in consideration of business goal, product priorities and market dynamics;
- Oversee the execution and performance monitoring across social, display and video channels, in alignment with industry best practices through the constant relationship with the main Digital Players and Media Owners;
- Produce insightful reporting to guide Clients’ strategic decision making and drive business growth while improving YoY media results;
- Define the optimization and innovation roadmap across channels, deploying pilots and leveraging automation solutions;
- Maintain sharp daily communication with Client stakeholders, and lead quarterly business reviews with senior Client Leadership;
- Manage and mentor a team of mid-senior digital specialists, ensuring their continuous professional development;
- Closely collaborate with other Agency teams, including Programmatic, Data and Analytics ones, to deliver fully integrated digital solutions and contribute to the improvement of internal processes.
Requirements:
- Approximately six years of experience in digital media management, with a specific focus on social media area;
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex digital media strategies, ideally within the luxury industry and/or on accounts with meaningful spending power;
- Impressive knowledge of the main social platforms (as, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.) and Google Ads, both from a theoretical and practical application perspective;
- In-depth knowledge of third-party tracking, measurement frameworks, and major analytics systems;
- Proven leadership capabilities and the ability to operate with autonomy and accountability;
- Strong analytical mindset and strategic thinking alongside hands-on optimization ability;
- Exceptional communication skills;
- Team player attitude, excellent organizational skills and attention to details, critical thinking and result oriented approach;
- Passion for digital marketing topics - fashion and beauty interest is a plus.
