The ideal candidate will have expertise in digital design and UI/UX, contributing to a fast-paced and creative environment.

Competenze

• Proficiency in Italian and English; French is a plus.
• Strong experience in web design & UI/UX.
• Familiarity with CSS and HTML; experience in digital asset creation.

As a Digital Artworker, you'll be at the heart of our digital production, responsible for c rafting high-impact digital content i ncluding banners, social media, digital brochures, emails, and more. You'll always adhere to brand guidelines and aim to exceed our clients' expectations. You will also be c ollaborating directly with a European team, w orking closely with the local Project Manager and our European Southwest Cluster Studio team to ensure that creative solutions are delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow the studio's traffic management process to achieve best-in-class results.
• Fully develop specific projects from concept to media-ready artwork, primarily across digital platforms.
• Create innovative solutions that meet client needs and align with their overall marketing strategy.
• Stay updated on design trends and conduct research to ensure client creatives are innovative and appropriate for their regional audience.
• Lead by example and share your knowledge and best practices with the wider design team.

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

• Language Proficiency : Italian and English (French language skills are a plus).
• Digital Design Skills : Ability to create digital assets (static, video, HTML) for various platforms (social, display advertising, eCommerce, websites, mobile apps, etc.).
• Concept Development : Ability to create, execute, and adapt concepts for digital advertising.
• Experience : Strong experience in web design & UI/UX, with experience in designing for websites, apps, and interfaces.
• Software Proficiency : Excellent knowledge of Adobe CC (Photoshop and Illustrator above all), XD/Figma/Sketch, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Technical Skills : Familiarity with CSS and HTML; experience with newsletters, DEM, dynamic banners.
