Job summary

Moncler Group is seeking a Digital Art Director Intern to join the Art Direction team at our Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy. This full-time, 6-month program starts in November and offers exposure to moodboard creation, digital asset development, and collaborative design across web, mobile, and social channels.

You will support the creative process, contribute to trend analysis, and assist in content production while developing your skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and familiarity with

Qualifications

• Graphic Design or Creative background.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Good knowledge of Figma and Keynote.
• Solid understanding of photography, video, typography and composition.
• Familiarity with social media visual language.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating moodboards, storyboards, and visual mockups for seasonal collections and digital assets.
• Contribute to research, benchmarking, and trend analysis.
• Support content needs by exploring AI creation tools.
• Ensure quality standards across all content.
• Design and optimize assets for web, mobile, and social media with crops and quality checks.
• Assist in retouching, layout, and finalization of content before publication.
