Osit Impresa Spa, a leader in the fashion retail industry managing the Subdued brand, is currently seeking a Social Media and Content Creator to join the Marketing & Communication team.

The key responsibilities and objectives for this role include:

• Increase and develop brand awareness
• Plan communication strategies and define editorial calendars based on brand communication goals across selected social media platforms
• Utilize advanced marketing analytics tools and social networks to inform strategies
• Report on digital strategies based on performance results
• Manage the entire content creation, publishing, and management workflow across various social media channels
• Monitor and analyze social media campaigns for the brand

Requirements:

• Passion for fashion and retail
• Dynamic, flexible, and creative mindset
• Proficiency with major social media platforms
• Excellent command of the English language
• Willingness to travel within Italy and internationally
• Ability to work effectively in a team

Optional:

• At least 1 year of experience in social media marketing, preferably within the fashion industry
• Knowledge of business tools (SIM, PC)
