Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Digital Advertising Specialist to join the Sales & CS Team in Milan that will play a key role in managing, optimizing, and supporting digital advertising campaigns across our platforms. The ideal candidate will combine a strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in ad operations, ensuring seamless campaign execution and continuous performance improvement. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-impact advertising solutions that drive revenue and client satisfaction.

What will you be doing?

• Set up, schedule and maintain ad delivery for direct clients’ campaigns on Jobrapido, providing clients with exceptional customer service and operational excellence while troubleshoot and resolve ad delivery, ad quality and technical issues in a timely manner.
• Yield Management and Optimization of Advertising Inventory (both Text and Display) through external SSPs and Ad Technologies ensuring the correct set up of line items, header bidder implementation, pricing rules and programmatic deals.
• Responsible for campaigns and revenues’ reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Primary point of contact for Product & Tech and BI department to improve Digital Advertising ecosystem

Required Skills and Experience

At least 2 years of work experience in digital advertising and / or marketing ecosystem

Experience with Ad Servers (preferably Google Ad Manager)

Nice to have - experience with google ads or social advertising

Experience in digital buying / selling using DSPs / SSPs

Must be proficient in Excel

Analytical mindset with strong data analysis skills and attention to detail.

Strong organisational and time management skills, ability to handle multiple priorities.

Ability to develop a working relationship and effectively communicate with internal and external teams, driven by a spirit of collaboration and sharing

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proactive approach with proven track-record of executing and delivering in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of SQL would be considered a plus

Fluency in English and Italian both written and spoken is required
