The Opportunity

Due to growth and investment in Performance and Retention Marketing at QVC, we're seeking a Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team in Brugherio (MB).

You will develop engaging campaigns to acquire new and loyal customers, collaborating with Retention Specialists and Digital Store teams to drive progress and target new prospects.

Your Impact

Reporting to the Performance and Retention Marketing Manager, your responsibilities include:

  • Planning, executing, and managing campaigns across channels such as Search & Shopping, Affiliate & Paid Social, and Retargeting.
  • Setting weekly and monthly goals related to new customer acquisition, sales, spend, and incremental EBIT.
  • Optimizing campaigns based on ongoing results and best practices.
  • Identifying new business opportunities through campaign insights.
  • Building strong relationships with key partners in performance marketing channels.
  • Developing business plans, testing scenarios, and exploring new partners within assigned channels.
  • Sharing best practices and collaborating with international teams and peers.

What You Bring

  • At least 3 years of experience in Performance Marketing, with proven success in driving profitable sales and customer growth.
  • Technical knowledge of performance marketing tools (e.g., Google/Adobe Analytics, Pixels, Tealium, Tag Manager).
  • Experience setting up campaigns in channels like Search & Shopping (Google, Bing), Affiliate, Retargeting, and Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex data clearly.
  • Experience working with international teams and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
