Job Purpose
As a Digital Ads & SEO Specialist, you will directly contribute to the social impact of BionIT Labs by amplifying the reach and visibility of our groundbreaking prosthetic technologies. Your work will help us connect with individuals, healthcare professionals, and partners worldwide, ensuring that our innovations reach those who need them most. You will plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google and Social media platforms, while managing operational SEO activities to enhance organic visibility and website traffic, supporting BionIT Labs’ mission of turning disabilities into new possibilities.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include
Google Ads Management
- Set up and optimize Search, Display and Discovery campaigns to promote BionIT Labs’ products and educational initiatives.
- Conduct keyword research and structure effective ad groups and creatives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance against CPL, ROAS, or revenue objectives.
- Perform A/B testing on ad copy and landing pages to improve conversion rates and lead quality.
- Manage and scale advertising budgets efficiently.
Paid Social Management
- Set up, monitor, and optimize Social Media Ads campaigns for awareness, lead generation and more.
- Collaborate with the MKTG team for creative testing and optimization aligned with our commercial goals and social impact mission.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance.
Operational SEO and Analysis
- Conduct keyword research and support the creation of editorial plans to position BionIT Labs as a leader in advanced bionics.
- Execute on-page SEO optimizations (meta titles, descriptions, H1/H2, images, schema).
- Analyze performance using Google Search Console, GA4, and other relevant tools to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare monthly reports on keyword rankings and organic traffic performance.
- Experiment with and leverage AI tools to optimize campaigns and enhance efficiency in SEO, Ads, and reporting activities.
Skills And Qualifications We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns and Paid Social campaigns for traffic, leads, or conversions, including budget management and scaling.
- Proficiency in Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
- Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO principles, including meta tag optimization, content structure, and keyword targeting.
- Ability to perform keyword research using appropriate tools.
- Basic experience in creating or reviewing SEO-friendly content.
- Ability to analyze data from Google Search Console and GA4 to identify trends and opportunities.
- Basic technical SEO knowledge (sitemap and robots.txt checks, crawl error monitoring, site speed analysis).
- Ability to prepare concise reports on keyword positioning and organic traffic trends.
- Fluent knowledge of English; proficiency in English or the knowledge of another language is a plus.
