POSITION SUMMARY:

The Maintenance Technician will support repairs and preventive maintenance on new and existing equipment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) desired but not required.
• At least 2 years of vehicle/hydraulic maintenance experience required, along with a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid state driver's license (not required but preferred).
• Must pass criminal background check.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This list is not exhaustive and may be expanded as necessary by management.

• Support repairs and preventive maintenance, including assembly, disassembly, and repair of lubrication systems, cooling systems, basic electrical wiring, and hydraulic systems; changing filters on trucks for residential and commercial locations.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Exposed to unpleasant sights and smells, with conditions that may create hardship, including physical, environmental, sensory, and mental demands.

TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift as required.
• Use hands and fingers, kneel, crawl, talk, hear, climb, and maintain balance.
• Visual requirements include close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Manually lift/move up to 65 pounds regularly.
• Manually push/move up to 100 pounds with assistance.
