Job summary

Richemont Corporate Design School is offering a 6-month internship at the Creative Academy in Milan. You will assist in classrooms, help with lectures, and support students in hand-drawing and digital rendering sessions.

You’ll set up rooms, handle in-person and remote lectures, and assist lecturers and guests. The role requires a design-related bachelor, strong English skills, and organizational autonomy with proactive, flexible teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in design or similar.
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English.
• Organizational skills, precision, autonomy, proactivity, flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist lecturers during lectures and support students during hand-drawing and digital rendering seminars, exercises and projects.
• Daily setup of the classroom and opening/closing in-person and remote lectures.
• Reception of lecturers and guests and providing technical/IT support to teachers and students.
• Organize and manage archival didactic files, maintain records and assist in lesson organization.
• Support the student recruiting process and contact schools and applicants.

Creative Academy

Creative Academy is the Corporate Design School founded in 2003 by Richemont, specializing in jewelry, watches, and accessory design. The school offers a Master of Arts in Design and Applied Arts, a postgraduate program that annually trains twenty young creative talents from around the world.

How will you make an impact?

• Assistance in the classroom
  • Attend lectures and learning activities to understand the dynamics of the Master's program
  • Assist teachers during lectures
  • Support students, particularly during hand-drawing and digital rendering seminars, exercises and projects
  • Daily set up of the classroom
  • Open and close in-person and remote lectures
  • Reception of lecturers and guests
  • Technical and IT support for teachers/lecturers and students
• Didactic operations
  • Organize and manage the archiving of didactic files and documents (exercises, briefs, projects, etc.)
  • Maintain and update records, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all information
  • Support in the organization of the lessons
  • Consumable material storage and management
• Recruiting
  • Support the students recruiting process
  • Contact with the schools and the applicants

How will you experience success with us?

• Bachelor degree in design or similar
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
• Organizational skills, precision, autonomy, proactivity, flexibility
• Excellent knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook Express
• Preferable knowledge of Adobe package, 2D and 3D programs
• Excellent communication skills in a multicultural context, even with senior leaders

What we offer

• 6 months internship
• Reimbursement: 900 euros per month
