Creative Academy in Italy seeks a Didactics & Students Support Intern to assist lectures, help students, and support teachers during seminars and projects. You will set up classrooms, manage files, and assist with recruiting.

The 6‑month internship includes a monthly 900€ stipend and 8€ Satispay meal vouchers per day. Fluency in English, strong organization, and knowledge of Office and Adobe tools are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in design or similar.
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English.
• Organizational skills, precision, autonomy, proactivity, flexibility.
• Excellent knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook Express.
• Preferable knowledge of Adobe package, 2D and 3D programs.
• Excellent communication skills in a multicultural context, even with senior leaders.

Mansioni

• Attend lectures and assist teachers during lectures.
• Support students during hand-drawing and digital rendering seminars, exercises and projects.
• Daily set up of the classroom and open/close in-person and remote lectures.
• Reception of lecturers and guests; technical and IT support for teachers/lecturers and students.
• Organize and manage the archiving of didactic files and documents (exercises, briefs, projects).
• Maintain and update records, ensuring accuracy and integrity of information.
• Support in the organization of lessons and consumables storage.

Creative Academy

Creative Academy is the Corporate Design School founded in 2003 by Richemont, specializing in jewelry, watches, and accessory design. The school offers a Master of Arts in Design and Applied Arts, a postgraduate program that annually trains twenty young creative talents from around the world.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

We are currently recruiting a Didactics & Students Support Intern to join our team, with the following tasks:

Assistance in the classroom

• Attend lectures and learning activities to understand the dynamics of the Master's program
• Assist teachers during lectures
• Support students, particularly during hand-drawing and digital rendering seminars, exercises and projects
• Daily set up of the classroom
• Open and close in-person and remote lectures
• Reception of lecturers and guests
• Technical and IT support for teachers/lecturers and students

Didactic operations

• Organize and manage the archiving of didactic files and documents (exercises, briefs, projects, etc.)
• Maintain and update records, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all information
• Support in the organization of the lessons
• Consumable material storage and management

Recruiting

• Support the students recruiting process
• Contact with the schools and the applicants
