Didactic Quality Supervisor

The Didactic Quality Supervisor is responsible for the following in our MyES Point:

1. Teaching in school and online activities
2. Lesson observations and structured feedback
3. Initial Teacher Training
4. Ongoing Teacher Training
5. Didactic Drop Ins and Level Tests
6. Social Media Content Creation

Didactic Quality Supervisors at My English School are required to have flexible availability in mornings and evenings during the week, including Saturday mornings. Typically, they teach between 15-20 hours per week, with 5 hours dedicated to didactic and administrative tasks related to points 2-6 above.

We provide comprehensive initial training and ongoing professional development, including observations, feedback, and training sessions.

Minimum Requirements and Employment Status:

• CELTA/TEFL/TESOL certificate or equivalent. A degree or evidence of further study is preferred.
• At least one year of teaching experience, including online teaching.
• Permission to work in the EU or a valid work permit for employment in the EU.
• Transferable skills such as:
• Excellent organizational skills
• Reliability and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
