Dialysis Patient Care Technician

Our Patient Care Technicians provide high-quality patient care to patients suffering from the most advanced stage of chronic kidney disease, known as END Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). As a PCT, you will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording stats, initiating cannulation, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup. Our Patient Care Technicians possess a combination of technical skills and genuine passion to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life.

Requirements:
  1. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  2. Must have a desire to care for people and be comfortable working around blood and needles.
  3. Experienced PCTs must have current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO, or other applicable state-approved certification.
  4. Current BLS/CPR certification is required for experienced PCTs.
