Job Description:

Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in luxury fashion, is seeking a proactive, organized, and multi-tasking Demand Planner for its in-house Beauty Division. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals aiming to oversee the full cycle of planning and supply chain processes.

The Demand Planner will serve as the key interface with sales and commercial teams, leading monthly dialogues for their respective customers and products. The role also involves working closely with Operations to ensure service level goals are met.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

• Review and maintain demand forecasts across multiple time horizons.
• Reconcile variances and discuss assumptions during sales and marketing meetings.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure accurate and current demand data.
• Utilize and maintain planning tools such as Anaplan, Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
• Coordinate with Initiatives and Marketing teams on promotional and new launch forecasts; participate in S&OP meetings.
• Monitor KPIs and implement actions to improve performance.
• Prepare strategic and ad hoc analyses.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree
• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent analytical, organizational, decision-making, and presentation skills
• Experience with Power BI, Anaplan, and SAP is a plus
