Position : Demand Planner

Dolce & Gabbana Beauty is looking for a proactive, organized, and multi-tasking Demand Planner. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals seeking to advance their careers by overseeing the full cycle of planning and supply chain processes. The Demand Planner will serve as the integration point with the sales and commercial organization, leading monthly dialogues for respective customers and products. Additionally, the role involves working with Operations partners to ensure service level goals are met for the Commercial Organization.

Main Activities and Responsibilities :

• Review and maintain demand forecasts across multiple time horizons as part of the demand planning function.
• Reconcile significant variances and discuss sales and marketing assumptions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure current and accurate demand forecast information for alignment meetings and reviews.
• Utilize and maintain demand planning tools such as Anaplan, Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
• Coordinate with Initiatives and Marketing groups to size promotional and new launch forecasts.
• Participate in S&OP meetings, monitor and evaluate KPIs, and identify gaps for performance improvement.
• Prepare strategic and ad hoc analysis.

Requirements :

• Master’s Degree required.
• Three or four years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, decision-making, and presentation skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Anaplan, and SAP is a plus.

• Proficiency in analysis with understanding of financial and operational impacts.
• Ability to handle high-volume data, manual tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
