FairMind is seeking a DevSecOps-focused engineer to design, implement, and secure CI/CD pipelines for our AI-driven platform. You will apply shift-left security across the SDLC, manage IaC with Terraform/CloudFormation, and ensure container security for Docker and Kubernetes in cloud environments.

You will develop monitoring and testing workflows, automate vulnerability scans, and help define disaster recovery and data protection strategies.

Competenze

• 3-6 years of DevOps experience focused on security.
• Strong knowledge of AWS and security best practices.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes and their security considerations.
• Proficiency with IaC tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation.
• Knowledge of network security, identity management, and security compliance frameworks.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines with integrated security testing.
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability best practices.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Interest in applying Generative AI to DevSecOps workflows.

What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines that support our AI-driven platform

What We're Looking For

• 3-6 years of experience in DevOps with a focus on security practices
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and security best practices
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and their security considerations
• Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
• Solid scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for infrastructure automation
• Knowledge of network security, identity management, and security compliance frameworks
• Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with integrated security testing
• Understanding of monitoring, logging, and observability best practices
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools or eagerness to apply AI to DevSecOps processes
• Interest in contributing to AI agent development for infrastructure and security automation

Nice-to-Have

• Security certifications (AWS Security Specialty, CISSP, Security+, etc.)
• Experience with vulnerability management tools and security scanning in CI/CD
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (GDPR, SOC2, ISO27001)
• Experience with secrets management solutions (HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager)
• Familiarity with serverless architectures and their security implications
• Understanding of AI/ML infrastructure requirements and security considerations
• Experience with GitOps methodologies and tools
• Previous use of GenAI tools to enhance productivity in infrastructure management
• Experience with LLMs for code analysis, documentation generation, or security review
• Understanding of AI agent architecture and automation patterns for infrastructure management
