What you’ll be doing…

The successful candidate will be working in a hybrid model from our Florence office, in a hands-on capacity within the Reveal Product group and will be responsible for maintaining/extending the build, test and deployment pipeline across all test and production environments for our award winning Mobile and SAAS offering, Reveal.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with a cross-functional product team of Software Engineers, QA, DBAs and the Engineering Manager to ensure smooth deployments of software updates
• Proactively work with the product team to implement and/or improve the process of building and deploying solutions across all test and production environments
• Work closely with the CICD team to optimize existing pipelines, establish and enforce best practices

What we’re looking for...

• Experience in a DevOps Build/Release Engineer role
• Experience in deploying enterprise applications and components - we use .NET Framework and .NET Core
• Experience with Android and iOS build and publish
• Experience building and deploying mobile applications using tools like Fastlane, TestFlight, Fabric, Google Beta, iOS keychain and certificate, etc.
• Experience in deploying distributed systems in cloud infrastructure - we use AWS
• Experience working in an agile/scrum development environment
• Excellent communications skills to clearly articulate complex concepts to all levels of the organization (both technical and non-technical)
• Ability to approach problems with a sense of ownership, enthusiasm, and innovation
• Strong scripting and automation skills, particularly using Ruby script; Powershell an advantage
• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent education

Even better if you have:

• Experience in administering and leveraging any of the following build technologies: Bamboo, Jenkins, Cruise Control, MSDeploy, Nant, MS Lab Manager
• Experience in administering and using Octopus Deploy or any other similar application delivery pipeline
• Solid experience working with SVN and GIT/GitLab
• Experience in automating database deployments and database versioning or source control tools
• C#/.NET experience
• Experience in administering and using ELK in AWS
• Experience using SonarQube
