MDOTM is seeking an Intermediate DevOps Engineer to join the Platform Team in a highly automated, scalable environment. You will help maintain the infrastructure and tooling that powers Sphere, our AI-driven investment platform, supporting fast, secure software delivery for our global teams.

You will design and implement CI/CD pipelines, adopt IaC, and work with Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring, security, and cloud basics.

Competenze

• DevOps or SRE experience with automation focus.
• Hands-on CI/CD pipelines experience (GitLab CI/CD).
• Docker and Kubernetes expertise with Dockerfiles.
• IaC using Terraform or Ansible.
• Monitoring/logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Zabbix.
• Scripting in Python or Bash for tasks.
• Security practices in the SDLC (OWASP, IAM).
• English communication and teamwork mindset.
• Experience with event-driven systems (ActiveMQ).
• Familiarity with AWS basics and backend concepts.

Mansioni

• Design, implement, and automate CI/CD pipelines for fast releases.
• Adopt and manage Infrastructure as Code with Terraform/Ansible.
• Work with Docker and Kubernetes to package and run services.
• Maintain monitoring, logging, and tracing (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Zabbix).
• Embed security controls in pipelines and SDLC (shift-left).
• Manage database infra (MySQL, MongoDB) provisioning and migrations.
• Support deployment, scaling, and health of core platform services.
• Document runbooks and standards; contribute to architecture decisions.
• Promote DevOps culture and share knowledge via demos/workshops.
