We are seeking a Cloud Native Developer and Team Leader for our Cloud Native Hyperscaler business unit, part of the "Cloud & Custom Application" practice. You will lead a team dedicated to developing innovative cloud solutions alongside strategic consultants.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with prestigious clients to transform their businesses through cloud solutions.
• Design innovative cloud architectures integrating generative AI and emerging technologies.
• Foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
• Contribute to Capgemini's global cloud and AI strategy.
• Design and develop scalable, resilient cloud-native solutions.
• Implement microservices architectures using the latest cloud technologies.
• Integrate generative AI into cloud-based applications.
• Work with international teams in Agile and DevOps environments.

Your Profile

• Experience in cloud computing and software development.
• Deep knowledge of AWS and its advanced services.
• Certifications such as AWS Solution Architect - Associate, AWS Certified Developer - Associate, or Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate are preferred.
• Strong skills in DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform).
• Terraform Associate certification is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless architectures.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, and .NET.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strategic problem-solving and innovative thinking.
• Excellent command of English.
