We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Development Project Manager to join our team in the Solar Division of Axpo. This role is critical to our mission of advancing solar energy projects and contributing to the company growth in Italy. The Development Project Manager will be responsible for obtaining necessary project authorizations, manage the projects, and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams. Key Responsibilities : 1. Obtaining Project Authorizations Ensure projects reach ready to build status by managing the relevant stakeholders such as developers, authorities, land owners, grid operators, advisors, etc. Prepare and submit applications, manage documentation, and handle any follow-up inquiries, including meetings and dialogue with the administration, grid operators, and local stakeholders. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and other legal and technical requirements. 2. Managing the Projects Develop and follow-up timeline, comprehensive development budgets and project business plans Identify, assess and mitigate risks associated with project implementation. Manage advisors involved in the projects for studies or due diligences in high voltage, topography, environment, legal Manage the authorizations and grid connection process in compliance with TICA, respecting established timelines and procedures. Manage all the required internal approval processes ensuring the right level of control during deployment of the opportunities across the various stages Report on KPIs. 3. Managing Project Teams Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams to meet project objectives. Promote clear communication with team members and stakeholders. Provide resources and support for team success. Improve methods and organization using practical experience.

Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration). Proven experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector. Strong knowledge of the Italian regulatory framework regarding authorization procedures, grid connection and compliance requirements for MT / AT photovoltaic and agrivoltaic projects. Knowledge of tools for analyzing land use constraints Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Effective leadership and team management abilities.
